Parking Permit Information & Application Forms

Students' safety is of paramount importance to IPC. To help ensure the safety of IPC students, and to minimise the risk of vehicle accidents by IPC students, a new strategy will be implemented. The following is a summary only, of the new strategy:

  1. College Regulations on Driving Safety All students are reminded to comply with the College Regulations, in particular part 4.1.4 (Driving Rules), 6.1.6 (Motorcycles) and 6.1.7 (Bicycles). These regulations are available to all students in the Student Handbook, on the IPC Intranet.

All students who have driving licences and/or own a vehicle, as well as those students who intend to do so, are required to submit a Parking Request Form. This form is downloadable at the bottom of this page, and is also available, upon request from the Administration Services Counter. International and Japanese students must also submit a Caregiver Permission Form, which is downloadable at the bottom of this page, and is also available, upon request from the Administration Services Counter.

  2. After submitting the Parking Permit Request Form (and the Caregiver Permission Form, if applicable), an IPC Parking Permit will be issued (one permit per vehicle). The Permit allows the vehicle to be parked at the parking space specifically designated for that vehicle only. The Permit must be clearly displayed on the inside of the vehicles front windscreen.
