IPC Drum Team Tour

The IPC Japanese Drum Team is embarking on its annual South Island tour in November, the team will spend three weeks travelling throughout the main tourist centres, including Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru and Queenstown. This will be a great experience for the Drummers, and really promotes Japanese Culture in New Zealand. The Drum Team always draws a crowd with its loud, intense performances.

This year the Team has supported the Manawatu Turboes throughout the Air New Zealand Cup by playing during the Turboes games, doing rolling drumbeats under the oppositions high balls, and exciting beats when the Turboes were on attack. Both the players and spectators appreciated the Drummers support and we are sure to see more of them at future events.
