Sakura Festival 2007

The 2007 Sakura Festival was once again a great event for IPC, the cherry blossoms were out and the campus was as beautiful as ever. IPC students ran food stalls selling traditional food, did performances, and put on cultural displays for the 5000 plus people that attended from the local community.

Other groups that took part in the festival included a NZ Army Band, a Latin American Band, Irish Dancers and even a bouncy castle for the kids! All in all it was a great day and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Following the festival IPC students came together under the Cherry Blossoms and celebrated Sakura student style with music and games late into the night.
