IPC Sakura Photo Competition 2009 Winners Announcement

The Sakura Photo Competition 2009 took place in IPC library at the Sakura Festival. There were 52 entries from IPC students and staff members in 3 photo categories: "People", "Scenery/Still Life" and "Others". Based on more than 600 votes received from the visitors, the winners of the Sakura Photo Competition 2009 are:
